About the Team:
 

The Workforce Management Team partners with Commercial Finance, Human Resources and Field Leadership Teams to will manage our store fleet’s overall Labor Budget and Workforce Management System

 

As  a Workforce Management Specialist, you will play an integral role in setting target allocations, managing and analyzing productivity, and leveraging our labor management platform to gain insights.

 

 

Your Role as a Workforce Management Manager:

 

  • Works closely with O&O leadership team and commercial finance team to provide critical financial and strategic analysis support
  • Builds and maintains store labor allocations on a monthly and annual level
  • Analyzes the allocation of payroll hours and scheduling processes to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and makes suggestions for operational changes.
  • Makes recommendations to improve the payroll budget and forecasting
  • Provides reporting and other data analysis for O&O leadership and commercial finance team on a routine basis.
  • Completing additional ad hoc analysis as needed
  • Assists in the maintenance of the WFM system, including the building and delivery of processes, system configuration, reports, and training
  • Supports the WFM systems on-going performance, enhancements and updates
  • Manages the relationship with WFM global partners and vendor
  • Provides ongoing education and support to the field and store teams in areas of scheduling and optimization

  • 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry
  • Prior experience with a retail scheduling system preferred
  • Understanding of payroll and scheduling processes and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate large data sets from  multiple sources
  • Strong quantitative skills - a good sense of how to identify opportunities, solutions and the ability to "connect the dots"
  • Ability to train and coach others
  • Ability to work cross functionally, specifically with finance partners
  • Prior experience managing vendor relationships

NYC Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 commensurate on experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
