About the Team:
 

Pandora North America is growing and building a best-in-class Visual Merchandising team to support our vast network of stores. The VM Operations Analyst will support all VM tasks and activities tied to campaign initiatives and new stores as well as our internal teams. We are looking for a collaborative team-player who is self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

 

Your Role as a VM Operations Analyst:

 

  • Create and maintain operational and production timelines for local and global items.
  • Place orders well in advance for globally directed campaign materials.
  • Manage set up of new stores, relocations and acquisitions in VM ‘Locations’ file and CRM.
  • Partner with cross-functional Teams to plot out workflow of system updates and order fulfilment.
  • Create and Manage submission of standard display and POSM orders for new store openings utilizing NAM Locations file.
  • Determine order quantities and overages for all local production campaign/promotional orders plus any one-off needs to support the business.
  • Define naming and monitor accuracy/formatting of fixture data in OPAL system.
  • Investigate shipping discrepancies of POS materials for incoming NAM global and local orders.
  • Validate invoices for accurate quantities based on actual quantities shipped and agreed upon pricing.
  • Manage the VM ordering for any special/additional projects between Campaign cycles.
  • Set up new campaign items in Pandora systems, setting pricing, and obtaining customs codes for complete setup.

  • 3+ years of experience with logistics/supply chain
  • Mastery in Excel using V-lookup, X-lookup, Pivot Tables
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in a global organization.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and flexibility.

NYC Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.  

Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
