About the Team:
 

As an Ecommerce Analytics Manager, you will report into the VP of Ecommerce and manage all strategic initiatives within the Analytics vertical. During May-November, the most important tasks will be ensuring the team are delivering to the financial plan (both revenue & EBIT); weekly forecasting updates of all Ecom KPI’s as well as 2025 planning; supporting key promotion periods with actionable insights from various data points; upkeeping high reporting standards and ensuring the team are equipped with the tools they need to self-serve insights on a daily basis.  

 

 

Your Role as Ecommerce Analytics Manager:

 

  • Manage Ecom forecast to reflect ongoing trends & any upcoming promotional changes, sharing cross-functionally to ensure updates are reflected in the operational and financial forecasts.
  • Monitor & update team on progress towards the 2024 core growth pillars, vocalizing any big risks to plan (from a revenue & EBIT standpoint)
  • Support team with reporting requirements & maintenance of Power BI & Adobe Analytics dashboards
  • Build business cases to drive strategic initiatives such as free shipping offers and promotional depth
  • Support with weekly, monthly, quarterly & promo reporting, as well as any ad hoc reporting needs from the VP of Ecommerce/leadership community
  • Drive team stand-ups to share data insights during Key Consumption Periods (KCP’s)
  • Support 2025 kick-off planning process

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the daily KPI forecast (Ecom latest view)   
  • Attend weekly meetings with cross-functional forecasting team to ensure accuracy of operational (ship to home) forecast. Utilize this time to get cross-market KPI insights on upcoming promotions.
  • Attend weekly meetings with cross-functional finance & merchandising teams to ensure latest forecast estimates are voiced to those teams to capture in the financial view.
  • Attend weekly meetings with marketing & merchandising teams to get inputs on media spend, promo changes to further improve accuracy of forecast.
  • Attend mid-week Analytics catch up to check-in on WTD performance and send the team actionable insights to ensure we are maximizing performance through local initiatives.   
  • Set up stand-up meetings during KCP’s with cross-functional leads (Ecom, Marketing, Merch, Operations, Customer Service) to touch base on promo performance and align on any opportunities & risks across departments.
  • Financial forecast submissions during cover: two financial planning adjustments (F2 & F3), to include weekly revenue forecast and operational inputs for P&L planning (BOPIS %, free shipping %’s etc.)  
  • KCP’s during cover: Mother’s Day, EOSS, Bracelet Event, Black Friday/Cyber Monday

NYC Salary: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
