About the Team:


The Conversion Rate and Experimentation Specialist is responsible for driving incremental conversion and revenue growth for the Canadian business through disciplined experimentation and data-led optimization. This role owns the identification, prioritization, and execution of testing initiatives across the digital customer journey, with a focus on resolving friction points and unlocking high-impact growth opportunities.

 

The role balances hands-on deployment of tests with strategic oversight of the testing roadmap, ensuring efforts remain focused on the highest-value opportunities. The Conversion Rate and Experimentation Specialist will also serve as a key partner to global teams, influencing testing priorities and surfacing local business needs to shape broader experimentation strategies.

 

 

Your Role as a Specialist, Conversion Rate and Experimentation

 

  • Own and execute the Canadian testing and optimization roadmap with a clear focus on incremental conversion and revenue growth
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to identify the highest-impact opportunities across the customer journey
  • Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring methodological rigor and actionable outputs. Conduct thorough test analysis to identify wins, iterations, and next steps
  • Identify customer friction points and develop test-based solutions to address them
  • Translate test results and behavioral insights into clear recommendations, next steps, and business actions
  • Influence global partners by clearly articulating Canadian market needs, priorities, and test learnings
  • Balance tactical execution of tests with strategic recalibration of priorities based on performance and learnings
  • Operate effectively under influence, incorporating cross-functional inputs while maintaining focus on core objectives
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams without losing clarity or momentum

 

Craft your career with us if you have:

  • Ideally a bachelor’s degree; open to candidates with an associate degree coupled with strong relevant experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in an experimentation‑focused program, with hands‑on proficiency in A/B testing and personalization platforms such as Monetate, Optimizely, or similar tools.
  • Background in retail, fashion, or FMCG industries, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital performance metrics.
  • Experience working within a global or highly matrixed organization, collaborating across markets and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong data orientation with experience using analytics to drive decision-making and prioritization
  • Deep understanding of digital customer behavior, shopping journeys, and conversion drivers
  • Demonstrated experience in testing, experimentation, and optimization within an e-commerce or digital environment
  • Strong bias for action with the ability to turn insights into execution quickly and effectively
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights, actions, and recommendations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Marketing, UX, Technology, and Analytics
  • Ability to operate in a matrixed organization, balancing influence, stakeholder input, and prioritization
  • Highly focused and disciplined, with the ability to stay aligned to core objectives and avoid reactive “chasing”

New York Salary: $93,000 – $115,000 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.  

Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
