About the Team:

The role will support the Specilaist, Brand Management by driving flawless execution of all North America GTM initiatives. This position ensures that campaigns, assets, timelines, and cross‑functional deliverables are delivered on time, in full, and in alignment with global guidance. The core responsibility is to coordinate across internal teams and global partners, manage workbacks and approvals, and maintain operational excellence so that strategies set by senior leadership are executed seamlessly in marke 

Your Role as a Specialist, Brand Management:

Campaign & Content Execution · Manage end‑to‑end campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables, assets, and workbacks are completed on time and in full. · Localize and work XF to traffic creative assets based on global toolkits, ensuring they meet North American specifications and channel requirements. · Partner with channel owners (retail, e‑commerce, digital, social, PR, in‑store, media) to align messaging, route assets, and ensure accurate and timely deployment. · Maintain campaign documentation, toolkits, checklists, and templates to ensure consistency across all executions.

Cross-Functional Project Management · Drive cross‑functional alignment on timelines, deliverables, and milestones across Sales, Merchandising, E‑commerce, Trade Marketing, Training, Finance, and Operations. · Facilitate project kickoffs and status meetings; track progress, flag risks, and ensure stakeholders adhere to deadlines. · Serve as the main liaison with global teams to receive assets, clarify requirements, gather missing materials, and ensure regional needs are delivered on schedule. · Own campaign calendars, GTM trackers, and task management systems to maintain full visibility into upcoming deliverables.

Retail & Omnichannel Execution · Coordinate omnichannel campaign rollout across in‑store, POS, windows, O&O retail, wholesale, and e‑commerce environments. · Partner with Trade Marketing to deliver retailer toolkits, co‑op assets, and local execution materials on schedule. · Manage production timelines for in-store assets, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and on‑time delivery to stores and partners.

Partnership & Program Operations · Execute marketing deliverables supporting Pandora’s programs (e.g., Klarna, Afterpay, Pandora Credit Card). · Coordinate in-store and online program integration assets such as Pandora Cares, Engraving, and My Pandora Loyalty. · Support executional needs for Disney Parks and other collaborations by managing timelines, approvals, and deployment across channels.

Asset Management & Governance · Ensure all creative assets follow global brand guidelines, usage rules, and file specifications. · Manage asset routing, feedback consolidation, trafficking, and final delivery. · Maintain organized asset libraries and version control for cross‑functional teams.

Performance Reporting & Recaps · Collect campaign performance data from internal teams and external partners. · Compile and format campaign recaps, dashboards, and post‑launch reviews. · Track KPIs, maintain reporting templates, and ensure all results documents are delivered on schedule.

Operational Excellence · Identify blockers early and drive resolution through cross‑functional coordination. · Maintain standard operating procedures for campaign execution, routing, approvals, and delivery. · Ensure all work adheres to Pandora brand guidelines and regional requirements.

The position requires extensive experience as a Marketing and Retail leader. Experience in the retail industry is mandatory.

5+ years of related professional brand marketing experience. Ideally, experience would include working for a Global company with both B&M stores and Ecommerce.

New York Salary: $93,000 - $110,000 commensurate on experience
