About the Team:

The Senior Specialist, Visual Merchandising Planning leads the planning, execution, and continuous enhancement of Pandora’s visual merchandising operations across North America. This role is accountable for ensuring operational excellence in the end-to-end delivery of visual merchandising assets—including production, distribution, and in-store implementation—across retail formats: owned stores, franchises, multi-brands, wholesale and outlets. This role is also responsible for managing all store floorplans, and all VM elements associated with renovations and new store opening plans. The Senior Specialist drives process enhancement, elevates execution standards, and ensures alignment with global brand guidelines while adapting to regional market needs. This role also supports vendor relationships, and supports high-impact initiatives such as new store openings, remodels, and special projects, contributing to the scalability and success of visual merchandising across the region. 

 

Your Role as Senior Specialist, Visual Merchandising Planning:  

 

  • Manage One Door platform as database hub of fixture, guideline, and floorplan reference materials
  • Lead project development, production, and communication for local initiatives and amplifications
  • Lead network projects for store refurbishment, special projects and network expansions.
  • ollect Network Feedback to track KPIs and assess the effectiveness of communications and training, informing future initiatives
  • Determine order quantities and overages for all local production campaign/promotional orders plus any one-off needs to support the business and confirm strategic distribution to network
  • Build NSO orders using floorplan and store assortment information to drive accuracy of display allocation, flagging low inventory of marketing for replenishment to track KPIs and assess the effectiveness of communications and training, informing future initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure NAM visual standards are defined, communicated and supported aligning with business objectives and messaging
  • Support cross functional alignment on global display ordering, POSM development, and distribution for full store network. Understand and communicate local/global strategy and ensure execution is followed.

  • 5 years of experience working within Marketing and/or VM 
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a field-based retail role  
  • Experience from global organization 
  • Experience/understanding of Retail operations 
  • Experience with floorplans and architectural drawings 
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel; Introductory knowledge of Adobe platform Detail oriented 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Project Management experience required; PMP certified is a plus  
  • Adaptability

New York Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 commensurate with experience
