About the Team:
Retail Sales operation Intern is a position on the North America Retail Operations team that’s main purpose is to provide all needed support to the store and field teams in US & Canada, while learning and coordinating with other internal Pandora departments.
As a retail sales operations intern, you will:

Support coding of invoices utilizing internal Basware system

Support the sample process- inventory, box up and send back to LC.

Support projects through participating in conference calls, learning retail structure and supporting deadlines.

Support WFM team in Plan.Dora, listening in on conference calls and learning how a work force management and payroll tool operates.

Support Store operations, Store communication, Policy & Procedure, store maintenance & facilities.

Support Vendor Rio Sio and ensure that all the current stores’ hours are current and up to date.

Maintain quality service by following organization standards, developing, and recommending needed improvements as necessary.

Review costs spent within supplies, maintenance, various vendors and suggest ways of improvement.

Review current Policy and procedure manual and help format the current manual. Work with cross functional business partners to get greater understanding.

Be present and actively listening on conference call pertaining to relevant projects.

Access internal communication site to understand the workings of retail locations.

Support the we care committee through volunteering, offering suggestions and listening to the strategic plan for 2024 and offer any insights.

General understanding of budgeting for various projects

Development of cost saving ideas

Share ideas for future projects in retail locations.

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, of communications, marketing, business or media relations.

Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.

Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects.
