About the Team:
As a People Technology & Analytics Intern, you will:

Collaborate with People Analytics Specialist on development and maintenance of a monthly HR metrics dashboard

Collect, organize, and analyze HR data to generate actionable insights and lay the groundwork for AI and automation

Research emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and HR technology to build compelling business cases for use of future tech to drive a positive, productive, human-centric employee ecosystem

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and refine new system features and automations, ensuring robust data outputs and optimal user experiences

Maintain data accuracy in core HR systems through regular audits and process improvement recommendations

Develop communications and training materials for new technology adoption

Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application.

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Human Resources, Liberal Arts, Human Capital Management, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.
