About the Team:
The Talent team is responsible for designing and enabling intentional development experiences across the associate lifecycle. Our work focuses on building readiness, accelerating growth, and strengthening leadership capability at every level of the organization
We operate as an integrated talent system, partnering closely with field leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure development is practical, inclusive, and aligned to business priorities. Our goal is to create clear pathways for growth, support strong leadership pipelines, and ensure every development investment delivers meaningful impact for our people and the business.
Your Role as a Manager, Talent
The Manager, Talent is responsible for owning and governing the portfolio of talent development experiences that support leadership growth across the North American organization. This role ensures development efforts are aligned, equitable, scalable, and clearly connected across roles and career stages.
The Talent Manager partners closely with the Director, Talent to turn talent strategy into a clear, connected development approach, and works in collaboration with Talent Specialists who design and deliver programs. This role focuses on clarity, consistency, and outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the portfolio of leadership and talent development initiatives, ensuring each has a clear purpose, audience, and intended outcome
- Establish and maintain standards and guardrails to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across development experiences
- Govern development across the associate lifecycle, ensuring clear progression, intentional handoffs, and minimal duplication
- Lead portfolio prioritization, balancing business needs, talent impact, and field capacity
- Embed inclusion and equity into the design, selection, and evaluation of development opportunities
- Provide strategic oversight for learning and development experiences delivered across in-person, virtual, and digital formats, ensuring alignment to talent priorities and business needs
- Own and evolve Pandora’s culture and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), ensuring they are clearly defined and embedded across talent and leadership experiences
- Own and guide the Inclusion & Belonging (I&B) Council, setting direction and priorities to ensure inclusion and equity are embedded across talent practices, development experiences, and leadership expectations.
- Partner cross-functionally (HR, Operations, Sales, Global Talent) to align development priorities and expectations
- Use data, feedback, and insight to continuously assess and improve development effectiveness
- Support succession thinking and bench development by ensuring development experiences align to future capability needs

- Experience owning or governing development programs across multiple role levels
- Strong understanding of leadership development, capability building, and talent progression
- Experience partnering across functions and influencing without direct authority
- Experience embedding inclusion and equity into development practices
- Experience working in complex or field-based organizations preferred
- Strategic and systems thinking
- Strong communication and facilitation skills

New York Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
