About the Team:
The Manager, Sales Projects leads the development and execution of network expansion projects for Pandora North America. This role ensures that each network project is planned and resourced across all cross-functional teams required to successfully complete franchise acquisitions, new store openings, store relocations, store remodels/expansion-remodels, store closures, and wholesale expansion. With a strong focus on collaboration, this role oversees network expansion initiatives that support Pandora’s strategic priorities, promote its culture, and drive project execution. The Manager is responsible for guiding a team, managing crossfunctional collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of network expansion projects that align with organizational goals
Your Role as a Manager, Sales Projects
- Develop and oversee strategic network expansion plans for the North American cluster, aligning with company goals and values.
- Craft key messages, talking points, and briefing materials for senior leadership and field stakeholders.
- Oversee the coordination of all network planning activities, including annual, quarterly, and monthly meetings.
- Manage and execute network calendar planning, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project execution consistency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate project management platform performance and drive enhancements for increased efficiency.
- Support and lead organizational change and cultural initiatives to drive engagement.
- Guide a team of project management professionals, providing mentorship and performance management.
Craft your career with us if you have:
- 5-8 years in store opening, project management, or related roles, including experience managing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic program and change management.
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentorship skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and organizational tools.
- Project Management Certification (preferred).

- Proven ability to create and oversee complex projects that align with strategic objectives.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with internal project management platforms and tools.
- Analytical skills to evaluate process effectiveness and drive improvements.

New York City: $165,000 - $175,000 commensurate on experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
