About the Team:

The Manager of Brand Creative is responsible for leading the creative vision, execution, and delivery of Pandora North America's brand initiatives across all channels, internally and externally to the consumer. This role will oversee a team of designers, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency while delivering compelling, innovative, and effective creative that drives engagement, traffic, and conversion.

 

As the creative lead for the Cluster, this individual will manage end-to-end campaign development for key brand moments, promotions, retail marketing, and special projects.

 

Your Role as Manager, Creative Studio:

 

Creative Strategy & Execution

  • Own and drive the regional creative direction across digital, print, in-store, OOH, social, and internal channels.
  • Translate global brand guidelines and campaign toolkits into locally relevant, insightdriven creative that resonates with North American audiences.
  • Partner closely with brand marketing, eCommerce, trade, and media teams to develop fullfunnel creative that supports both brand-building and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the development and refinement of 360 campaigns across Pandora-owned retail, wholesale partners, and Disney Parks, ensuring alignment to global strategy while meeting regional needs.
  • Collaborate with the global creative agency to adapt and localize all campaign assets across cycles and key consumption periods, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and speed to market.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop one direct report, providing clear direction, feedback, and growth opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and innovative design culture focused on quality, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Delegate work effectively across internal resources and the global agency partner based on skillset, capacity, and strategic priorities.

 

Project & Vendor Management

  • Oversee timelines, workflows, and deliverables for all creative projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to brand standards.
  • Review and approve creative output for internal and external use, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage partnerships with the global agency and regional vendors, ensuring quality, accountability, and budget adherence.
  • When needed, lead the development of North America–specific creative needs, including bespoke shoots that support unique commercial priorities or channel requirements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Go-To-Market, Visual Merchandising, PR, E-commerce, Retail, and Merchandising teams to ensure creative aligns with campaign strategies and business goals.
  • Support sales and retail partners with tailored, on-brand assets that drive consumer engagement and conversion.
  • Participate in planning meetings to provide strategic input on campaign prioritization, channel needs, and creative implications.

 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely delivery of all assets in alignment with project timelines and seasonal campaign calendars.
  • High approval rate of creative assets with minimal revisions from internal stakeholders.
  • Consistent adherence to global brand guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Volume and quality of completed assets across channels (digital, print, in-store, social, etc.).
  • Positive cross-functional feedback regarding collaboration, communication, and responsiveness.
  • Accuracy and production-readiness of all final files for digital and print output.

 

Craft your career with us if you have:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in brand creative, graphic design, or visual communication, including 2+ years in a people leadership or senior individual contributor role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Compelling portfolio showcasing endtoend 360° campaign development across retail, digital, ecommerce, and print channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and elevate inhouse design teams and external agencies within a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Industry experience within fashion, jewelry, or consumer lifestyle brands strongly preferred.
  • Deep expertise in brand systems, including typography, photography direction, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with working knowledge of creative workflow and project management tools (e.g., Workfront).

New York Salary: $131,000 - $155,000 commensurate with experience
