About the Team:

Objectively assess and identify risk and opportunities in North America’s P&L, business KPIs & growth initiatives by comparing to defined success metrics and external market insights. Effectively communicate and influence cross function execution that deliver P&L targets. On a case by case basis, own a new business development project from scoping to launch to transition to the owning functions for scale.

 

Your Role as a Business Development Manager:

 

  • Research and analyze jewelry or relevant market insights that include but not limited to market share, consumer trends, profitability, marketing insights, channel growth, or competitor analysis.
  • Own internal business overviews via weekly, monthly or quarterly tracking, assessing, and reporting on functional KPIs and growth initiatives outcome comparing to defined targets. Internally known as the Ignite Scorecard workstream.
  • Effectively communicate monthly findings of external industry insights with relevant global and cluster leadership teams.
  • Be the organization’s trusted advisor by identifying and callouting risks and opportunities that drive focus, actionability, and collaboration across teams to deliver or exceed on P&L targets.
  • Own select new business initiatives from conceptualization to launch and to scaling thru respective business function teams.
  • Follow up and follow thru diligently on initiatives impact and scalability, identify enablers vs. distractors to push for optimal productivity.
  • Support on creating contents for executive leadership reviews.
  • Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or Supply Chain Management
  • 4-6+ years of management consulting experience or experience from internal strategy function (ideally within retail, consumer goods).
  • Omni-channel commercial experiences are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Power BI.
  • Best in class organizational, communication and project management skills.
  • A self-starter and a team player with good partnership and influencing skills
  • Structured ways of working while staying agile and comfortable with navigating thru various initiatives.
  • Operate with objectivity and positivity when navigating ambiguities and collaborating across different subject matter expertise.
  • Enable and empower teams thru the journey of effective change management.
  • Manage initiatives with sharp focus and ruthless prioritization based on impacts.
  • A coach player who balances between show and tell for onboarding stakeholders and influencing their actions to deliver.

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.  

Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
