About the Team:
The Manager of Assortment Planning Leads and supports the Assortment Planning team. This indivudal is responsible for assortment plans, DV forecasts, inputs into 3 partnering teams, 1) marketing; 2) sales; 3) global merchandising. This is a leadership role within Merchandising and drives connectivity across merch financial planning and inventory optimization workstreams.
Your Role as a Manager, Assortment Planning:
- Coach and develop the direct report(s) of assortment planners
- Strategize and execute NAM cluster style/color assortments to drive sales and inform inventory optimization.
- Hindsight product performance and effectively communicate the NAM organization of style selling and merch actions.
- Lead the team on forecast selling by style color and effectively aggregate and articulate merchandising financial risks/opportunities, and corresponding commercial plans to mitigate deliver on revenue targets.
- Provide qualitative and quantitative inputs to global product development for local assortment needs.
- Partner with marketing and sales partner teams on implementations of top sellers and commercial initiatives.
- Adopt global branding initiatives to drive a cohesive brand image in the NAM cluster.

- In Store, commercial experience a plus (Store Leader)

Salary : $120,000.00 - 130,000.00 commensurate with experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora
