About the Team:
 

The Manager, Allocation role’s primary purpose is to lead a team to secure inventory availability and efficiency across O&O stores, e-store, and outlets through demand-based optimization. This scope covers direct allocation and replenishment to O&O channel, as well as effective order recommendation for the wholesale channel. This role will have a combination of allocation and managerial responsibilities.

 

Your Role as a Manager, Allocation:

 

  • Optimizing inventory with performance as measured by OSA (on shelf availability) and sales team feedback.
  • Strategize and partner with merch cross function teams (both in NAM and with global) for upstream alignment on inventory efficiency initiatives such as store tiering.
  • Lead weekly performance assessment and action to optimize inventory based on selling trends.
  • Expertise level of knowledge of the Aptean replenishment and future applications for allocation and replenishment.
  • Ideate and test inventory optimization ways of working for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work with sales teams for knowledge sharing that lead to a 360 view of allocating the right product to the right store at the right time. Then the store teams (omni) selling the right focus products as intended by the inventory team
  • Hire and develop the allocation team.

  • 5-8+ years merchandising, planning, and allocation and demand planning experience
  • 2-3 years managerial experience and talent development preferred.
  • Inventory planning management experience preferred.
  • In Store, commercial experience a plus (Store Leader)

NYC Salary: $127,000 - $137,000 commensurate with experience

About Pandora NAM: 

 

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.  

Today, the USA is Pandora’s single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
