We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Junior Ecommerce Analyst to support our online business performance and growth targets. You’ll help to track, analyze and report on ecommerce data to optimize the user experience, improve understanding of the customer journey and empower the team to make data-led decisions. As an Ecommerce Junior Analyst, you will….

 

· Monitor & analyze weekly key performance indicators (KPI’s) such as sellout, conversion rate, traffic & bounce rate to identify opportunities in the customer journey.

· Create & maintain dashboards in tools such as Power BI & Adobe Analytics to ensure team are well-equipped to make data-driven decisions.

· Be the data tool super user, fielding day to day questions from the team.

· Improve forecast accuracy through cross-functional input gathering and competitor benchmarking.

· Support with promotional analysis including product drivers, traffic insights and discount analysis.

· Feed the testing roadmap with data-backed hypotheses and solutions to improve user journey.

· Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

· A Bachelor’s degree in a field that procudes a strong foundation in data analysis, such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics or Data Science

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.

· Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to meaningful projects.

 

Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $83,000.00 based off experience
