Deliver value as part of our Inventory Planning Organization:
 

Inventory Planners in the Clusters primary purpose is to drive inventory availability across all locations that include and not limited to warehouses, O&O stores, estore, and outlets.

 

Your Role as an Inventory Planner:

 

  • Forecast sales and corresponding stock units at various levels of top-down, middle-out, or at granular levels of by size and by store. Our business consists of retail stores, Ecom, and wholesale accounts.
  • Inform global inventory teams on inventory needs, follow up to ensure actions are taken, and follow through to measure results.
  • For select product categories, allocate to distribute new products or replen back into sales based on product lifecycle, sales seasonality, and store profiles.
  • Develop and implement stock-to-selling templates that include but are not limited to informing demand forecasts, allocation parameters, stock needs, and sales opportunities.
  • Attend and contribute to trade meetings to discuss sales and stock opportunities. Our stakeholders and partners are located both locally in North America and internationally in global offices or other regions.
  • Communicate effectively (both verbal and written) to leadership and cross functions for stock to selling overview and/or requesting call-to-actions.
  • Be the expert on stock data, inventory flow from production to sourcing to distribution, and inventory applications that are dynamic and evolve over time.
  • Manage priorities based on P&L impacts.

 

Craft your career with us if you have:
 

  • 3-5+ years of solid experience working as an inventory planner and/or an allocator in an omni-fashion retailer.
  • This individual has a high level of competency in data-driven forecasting and optimizing stock to selling around product lifecycle, and across multiple distribution channels of stores, ecom, and wholesale.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets to derive and execute simplified yet effective actions.
  • S/he also has strong business acumen and can articulate clearly and effectively to cross functions that include but are not limited to sales and supply planning.
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities. Able to perform under pressure, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.

Salary : $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 or commensurate with experience
