About the program:

Ready to kickstart your career in the dynamic world of global jewelry retail? Pandora’s Internship Program is designed for passionate, driven students eager to gain real-world experience while working alongside industry professionals.

Over the course of 10 weeks (June 1st to August 7th), you’ll collaborate with talented teams across key departments—tackling real projects that shape the business. This is more than just an internship; it’s an opportunity to learn from experts, build valuable connections, and refine your skills in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

If you’re a rising junior or senior in college looking to explore the art of commerce in a vibrant, global setting, this is your chance to shine. Join us and take the first step toward a sparkling career!

This summer, we’re offering an internship that sits at the intersection of strategy, structure, and storytelling. You’ll uncover, organize, and bring to life the foundation that powers our HR ecosystem — our Job Architecture.

Think of this as the Rosetta Stone of HR: understanding how job descriptions connect to pay, performance, recruitment, development, and more. By the end of the summer, you won’t just know how the pieces fit — you’ll have built something that future HR teams will thank you for.

About the Team:

The Project

Collect, complete, and centralize all job descriptions across the organization.

What you will do:

• Gather all existing job descriptions

• Identify missing or outdated roles

• Collaborate with business partners to update or create new ones in a cohesive format

• Design and build a centralized, accessible repository for ongoing use by HR and the business

Deliverable: A fully built and organized Job Description Library that serves as the foundation for job architecture, compensation planning, and talent development.

Why It Matters

This project isn’t just about filing documents — it’s about building the backbone of how we structure, reward, recruit and grow our people. You’ll see firsthand how a company’s job architecture drives:

• Fair and consistent compensation decisions

• Clear career paths and development programs

• Seamless HR operations and data alignment

• Better storytelling around how every role contributes to our success

The Experience

This internship offers a front-row seat to HR strategy in action. You’ll spend about 70% of your time driving the project and 30% learning from HR’s top minds.

You’ll:

• Sit in on HR leadership and functional meetings (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, Learning & Development, People Experience and HRIS)

• Join HR meetings to understand how each function collaborates

• Gain exposure to global frameworks and how Performance & Rewards supports the business strategy

• Present your final deliverable to HR leadership (and get bragging rights for creating something lasting!)

Desired Outcomes

By the end of the internship, you’ll walk away with:

• A strong understanding of job architecture and its strategic value

• Experience in stakeholder engagement, project management, and data organization

• Hands-on exposure to multiple HR disciplines

• A completed, scalable deliverable that has real business impact

• Practical skills to help launch your HR career

The Vibe

Expect:

• A fast-moving environment with creative problem-solving

• Mentorship from HR leaders across multiple specialties

• A culture that values curiosity and initiative

• Some good laughs, plenty of learning, and one seriously impressive project to add to your resume

Craft your career with us if you have:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising junior or senior at the time of application.
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or other relevant tools preferred.
