About the Team:
 

The Go to Market Wholesale Specialist will play an instrumental role in Pandora North America’s growth and expansion plans. The Go to Market Wholesale Specialist will assist in the development and coordination, from end to end, of the sales and marketing programs directed towards multi-brand retailers and key accounts to achieve Pandora’s business objectives. This ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional partners, including Divisional Sales Managers and Directors, Visual Merchandising, Social Media/PR and Creative teams to launch national marketing campaigns and promotions to support GTM plans at regional levels.

 

The ideal candidate should have previous experience working within a wholesale environment; fashion or jewelry preferred.

 

 

Your Role as Go to Market Wholesale Specialist:

 

  • Act as steward of the Pandora brand that supports our brand promise, vision, position, and architecture while achieving our overall business goals.
  • Supporting the execution of go to market strategies with multi-brand accounts, including the development of seasonal marketing campaigns alongside POS and product assets.
  • The role works closely with divisional sales teams to help support the implementation of plans at regional levels.
  • Supports Trade Marketing Manager in budget planning and management of Co-Op cost centers.
  • Manages seasonal briefings and creative content, including advertising campaigns, lifestyle and product imagery, digital and social content and in store POS to partners.
  • Coordinates with regional creative team – reviews and communicates approvals and uploads of content to Brand Builder site.
  • Supports local shoots and project briefings through creative partners via managing sample and asset direction.
  • Communicates creative direction and cadence of asset deliverables to multi-brand partners.
  • Manages briefing of supplemental creative assets with social team
  • Provides E-com asset digital support: assists with landing page layouts, content review and approvals and PDP content and UCG execution for partner sites.
  • Supports VM team in the communication of displays/POS fixturing.
  • Communicates regularly with the regional marketing teams regarding local projects and needs and any variances/changes needed to global directives. 
  • Oversees the preparation of seasonal trainings documents and directives.
  • Administrator and maintenance on marketing portals (ie- Brand Builder)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
  • Industry: The position requires intermediate experience as a Marketing or Wholesale professional. Experience in the retail industry is preferred. 
  • Job Specific: 1-3 years of related professional wholesale brand marketing experience. Ideally, experience would include working for a large company with many wholesale and multi-brand partners.

NYC Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience
