About the Team:
 

The Ecommerce Web Merchandising Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Ecommerce Trading & Merchandising team in executing site merchandising, optimizations, operations and UAT strategies across both US and Canadian websites. The role reports to the Manager, Ecommerce Trading & Web Merchandising however will support the entire Ecommerce team for both the US and Canada sites.

 

This role is key to ensuring new features and functionality are fully tested prior to going live on websites and will be a key resource in ensuring that features launch successfully

 

Your Role as an Ecommerce Web Merchandising Coordinator:

 

  • Partner with Trading & Web Merchandising Specialists to execute day to day website merchandising tasks on both US and Canadian websites that include:
    • Item setup, categorization, QA, optimization and troubleshooting
    • Assist in merchandising category, collection and content pages to drive conversion
    • Execute regular Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager/SFRA and Digital River maintenance tasks including URL redirects, product and taxonomy cleanup and onsite search maintenance
    • Perform regular maintenance and QA of product URLs, PDPs, PLPs and content pages
    • Act as website quality control testing new website features and raising JIRA tickets for fixes and improvements, work in conjunction with the Testing and Analytics teams to ensure proper resolution.
    • Fully test website promotions prior to going live, raising tickets as needed to ensure an optimized and frictionless shopping experience for customers
    • Place/track/return live test orders as required
    • Implement/update SEO content as directed
    • Execute content updates in Salesforce Service Cloud and Content Management System as directed
  • Drive flawless execution around site merchandising with high accuracy and meeting all timeline deliveries
  • Speed up cold start for new item launches
  • Improve on-site search results on the website

  • Minimum 1 year experience working in Salesforce Commerce Cloud/SFCC/SFRA Business Manager
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and XML
  • Proficient in Digital River, Photoshop, JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel
  • Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC/SFRA) Business Manager experience required
  • JIRA ticketing system experience preferred
  • Basic HTML, CSS and XML knowledge preferred
  • Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple tasks, priorities and stakeholders with ease
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality of work
  • Must be able to thrive in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing environment
  • Pro-active and results orientated
  • Self-motivated, analytical and structured approach to your tasks

New York City Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 commensurate on experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.
