About the Team:
Pandora is looking for a Creative Production Specialist to sit within the Creative team, reporting into the Graphic Design Manager. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for design and possess the experience to drive creative executions while following global guidelines of the brand. The role will require exceptional time management, prioritization, and innovation to better optimize the internal briefing operations of the creative team while delivering on brand creative to service a variety of channels including, but not limited to, digital assets, barricades, print, in-store materials, email and more.
Your Role as a Creative Production Specialist:
- Develop advertising templates based on global guidance
- Re-size Trade Marketing ad requests for a variety of tactics including in-mall signage, mall websites, OOH & social media, barricades
- Re-size & tag wholesale channel ad requests across a variety of tactics including in-mall signage, mall takeovers, escalator wraps, OOH, social and email.
- Use Adobe Workfront to proof requests to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with Retail Marketing Specialist to understand Pandora BrandBuilder, our online platform supporting our wholesale channel with creative assets and co-op fund management.
- Collaborate with creative team to understand marketing campaign priorities and initiatives
- Deliver final files to vendor specifications in various print, digital, and video formats
- Create website assets to support online retailers following brand and campaign guidelines
Craft your career with us if you have:
- Educational background: Bachelors or Associate degree is required, ideally within Graphic Design or marketing
- 3- 5 years of experience in Graphic Design: Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) with the bbility to create high-quality visual content, including digital and print materials following strict branding guidelines
- Visual Branding: Skilled in developing and executing visual branding deliverables (plus if experience in the retail/jewelry industry) with experience in designing promotional materials, advertising assets, and online content that enhances brand identity
- Creative Direction & Concept Development: Ability to develop and communicate creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and ability to translate design ideas into compelling visual narratives
- Production & Technical Skills: Knowledge of production processes for print and digital media, including file preparation and color management with experience with layout design, typography, and visual storytelling (plus if within the context of jewelry marketing)
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in all design elements to ensure accuracy and high quality ability to perform quality checks and maintain consistency across different media and platforms. Must be able to thrive in a deadline-driven, rapidly changing environment
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage design projects from concept through final execution, including timelines and deliverables with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently in a rapidly changing environments
- Collaboration & Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, social media, email/digital team and sales with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and decisions clearly cross functionally
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and adapt to feedback or project changes and the capacity to troubleshoot design issues and find effective solutions under tight deadlines
- Customer-Centric Design: Understanding of customer preferences and behaviors to create designs that resonate with the target market and the ability to tailor visual content to various customer segments and enhance user engagement

NYC Salary: $74,00.00 - $80,000.00 commensurate experience
