Seasonal Sales Associate Mildura

We are seeking a results-driven, target-focused Senior Sales Associate to join the store team on a part time basis.
The role
The Senior Sales Associate plays a hands-on leadership role in the store, acting as a highly skilled Sales Associate who consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences and supports seamless daily operations. You will coach and mentor peers, helping to elevate team performance and maintain high standards in customer engagement. You will contribute to essential store operations such as stock management, and visual merchandising, ensuring the store runs efficiently and securely in line with company policies
What to expect from the role
- Exceed personal and store sales targets through expert consultative selling, upselling, and maximizing store KPIs
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or challenges, turning them into loyalty-building moments.
- Serve as Keyholder: opening/closing the store, setting team priorities, providing sales reads, securing alarm protocols, and managing cash handling and bank deposits
- Act as a conduit between employees, management and central, ensuring communication, daily priorities, promotions, and KPI-focused strategies are clear to the team
- Support core operational activities including weekly/monthly stocktakes, inventory accuracy, receiving deliveries, and managing shrinkage.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and execute floor resets and seasonal window changes
- Coach, mentor, and motivate fellow team members, delivering dynamic on-floor training to elevate selling skills and KPIs.
- Support the Store Manager via the recruitment and induction of new employees.
- Consistently exceeded core KPIs, showcasing measurable performance in sales and customer service.
- Exhibited strong leadership and peer coaching skills, contributing to team development and performance.
- Demonstrated proficiency in key operational procedures and in-depth understand of policies.
