Purpose of the role
Lead Pandora’s sales business across Turkey, Greece, United Arab Emirates, and South Africa with full P&L accountability. Unify commercial excellence with strategic leadership to deliver profitable growth and market expansion in these diverse and complex markets. Develop and execute impactful sales strategies across channels, optimize regional teams, and ensure the readiness for international mobility as part of your growth journey towards VP or General Manager roles.

Key accountabilities

  • Define and execute regionally customized sales strategies consistent with cluster objectives, driving revenue growth and increased market share across multiple channels (retail, wholesale, franchising).
  • Lead and develop high-performing multi-country sales teams, focusing on talent development, engagement, and succession planning to foster an accountable and agile culture.
  • Own all sales budgets, forecasts, and P&L with keen focus on profitability and strategic capital allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operational, and Milan-based cluster leadership teams to align strategies and unleash synergies.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, optimizing distribution and channel performance, including traditional retail and digital platforms.
  • Champion commercial transformation and digital initiatives to elevate competitive positioning and customer experience.
  • Ensure full compliance with local laws, corporate policies, and ethical standards.

Candidate profile

  • Background in Retail (Sporting Goods, Beauty, Jewelry preferred) or FMCG with proven leadership in Sales or Commercial Director roles, ideally with Country Head or Cluster Head experience and full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong experience managing multiple, heterogeneous markets within the MEA region or similar complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, manage multi-channel commercial strategies, and lead digital transformation initiatives.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on engagement and talent development.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proven international exposure with cross-cultural leadership skills and a demonstrated willingness for international mobility.

Language requirements

  • Fluent English essential. Additional languages related to the MEA markets are a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of Italian is a strong plus.
