Influencer, Events & Media Relation Intern

About the role:
The Influencer, Events & Media Relation Internship supports the Influencer, Events & Media team in building the positioning of the brand as an empowering one, that enables self-expression and collectability by leveraging brand values and contributing to the implementation of the new collection strategy by developing awareness and relevance around all collections. This to be carried out through the involvement of PR, media partnership, talents and influencers that coherently embody brand values and contribute to building and maintaining the defined positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in daily contact with the influencer agency ensuring a timely response to requests for information, brief and approval of the contents.
- Support the team in defining and selecting the influencers for each campaign with a data-based approach, autonomously browsing in the dedicated tool.
- Oversee and manage product assortment needed for activities: (product check, orders, inventory, returns, shipments etc).
- Deal with product seeding to talents whenever agreed.
- Support to the team in the realization of PR & Influencer events during the year: defining calendar, scope, attendance and organizational execution.
- Be active on the different social media platforms (Ig, TikTok, YT) and PR activation to support the Manager to scout new trends and identify best practices from talents/brands
- Daily monitoring of social content both from talents linked to the brand as well as from a given competitive set
- Creation of reports and presentations for meetings, global team and for each event and influencer activation.
- Use of influencers monitoring platforms for report extraction.
- Translation of global brief materials.
- Support in the management of contacts with suppliers.
- Support in the management of follower market and distributors part of the cluster (sharing information, follow-up on cascaded information and agreed reports)
- Support on local media relations activities with the aim of growing direct relationships currently dealt through the PR agency.
Qualifications:
- Mastery of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Fluent in English – verbally and written
- Willingness to learn about the Italian influencers landscape and dynamics
- Interest of Italian media landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication, Economics/Business, Management
