Mission of the role:

Reporting into the eCommerce Analytics & Optimization Manager, the role will provide analytical support for PANDORA within the SEMEA Region (Itaky, Turkey, Greece, UAE, South Africa). Working closely with Local and Global teams, the Ecommerce Analytics Specialist will define key performance parameters and create regular reports in order to track progress and provide insights, driving online business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the eCommerce Analytics & Optimization Manager and Marketing Dept. to produce and maintain centrally aligned sales and KPI reports for weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Analytics Tools Expert: Become the Adobe Analytics and BI tools team expert within the team and provide analytics and systems training to teams where relevant.
  • Analysis and Optimization: Work closely with the Ecommerce team to provide core insights from data to suggest A/B tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site performance.
  • Personalization: Support the Ecommerce team in identifying and setting up personalization experiences to optimize customers’ journey.
  • Behavioral Reporting: Assist the Ecommerce Trader with online behavioral reporting to trade the site effectively and efficiently.
  • Marketing Support: Support the Marketing Dept. across attribution projects, campaign tracking, tag management, and understanding the online customer journey.
  • Post-Promotion Analysis: Responsible for creating and presenting post-promotion and campaign analysis to be presented to wider teams and senior management.
  • Merchandising Collaboration: Work closely with local and global merchandising teams to report on online product and category performance and provide stock status updates.
  • Forecasting and Project Insight: Support with techniques for the Ecommerce forecast and enhance project insight for the business.
  • Behavior Evaluation: Evaluate consumer and website behavior across all digital channels and implement segmentation such as behavioral analysis.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Notify the project team about abnormalities or variances through ad-hoc analysis.


Professional Experience:

  • At least 3-5  years’ experience in a data analytical or ecommerce trading role
  • Experience of analyzing complex data and large data volumes
  • Knowledge and application of best practice customer insight principles
  • Analytical skills with understanding of measuring stock, margins, sales and returns in a report format
  • Track record of identifying growth opportunities for the business from data analysis
     

Skills:

  • Proficient in Adobe Analytics or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Proficient in Power BI, Tableau or similar
  • Proficient in Monetate or similar testing tools


Education:

  • Master degree’s in Marketing, Consumer Insights, E-commerce, Digital
  • Languages: Fluent in English.

  • Commercially focused in driving sales online and working as a support role within a team.
  • Pro-active and results orientated
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong ecommerce experience with good time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a way that is understandable for business stakeholders
  • Comfortable with challenging opinions using data to support
