VISUAL MERCHANDISER INTERN

Pandora is looking for a passionate Visual Merchandising intern who works as a part of the cluster marketing team from our office in Milan.

 

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

 

Reporting to the Retail Marketing Manager Southern Europe the VM Intern will work together with the VM and Retail Marketing team on supporting of all VM activities with a specific focus on campaign implementations in-store (product shootings, guidelines, store reports and feedback) and communication with stores (weekly Sales Newsletter).

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

For every campaign the VM Intern will support the VM and in general Retail Marketing team in:

 

  • dressing up the showroom with the campaign materials;
  • building all the product set-ups as previously defined with the VM Specialist;
  • double checking on product status and pricing;
  • adjusting the set-ups according to the feedback of the Retail & Trade Marketing Manager SE and the Marketing Director SE;
  • supporting in the shooting process with the external agency;
  • restoring the products in the trays after the shooting;
  • elaborating VM guidelines for ITALY and cluster
  • adapting VM guidelines for other store concept (EVOKE, EXPRESSION, BLOOM)
  • checking the implementation report of each Concept Store and providing feedback if needed
  • communicating with stores on VM topics
  • supporting PR & Influencer team in creating talent looks.
  • On a weekly basis the VM Assistant will collect the Retail Marketing content to be shared in the weekly sales newsletter after aligning with the team.
  • The VM Intern supports in building all the product set-ups for all PR / corporate events (press-days, sales meetings, etc…) after aligning with the VM team.
  • The VM Intern will communicate with cluster colleagues to support and grant alignment on each campaign implementation.

 

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

  • Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising practices
  • MS Office knowledge (with focus on Excel and Power Point
  • Attention to detail

  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize
  • Strong passion for work and the product
  • Fast learner, able to pick up product knowledge quickly and accurately, personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
