Purpose of the role: As our Performance, Reward & Data Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our organization's performance and reward strategies. Your primary focus will be on developing actionable plans and supporting our performance and reward agenda, aligning with global standards while addressing local nuances. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in harnessing the power of HR data analysis to uncover trends, identify needs, and drive proactive initiatives.

 

Key accountabilities:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis and providing strategic recommendations on compensation structures and programs.
  • Spearheading the delivery of annual compensation and reward cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Managing benchmarking activities and driving participation in relevant surveys to stay abreast of industry best practices.
  • Leading the development and implementation of holistic Health & Wellbeing packages to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
  • Overseeing local pensions and benefits offerings to ensure their effectiveness and compliance.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to provide expert advice on matters such as long-term incentive plans, sales incentives, and employee remuneration.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to compensation and rewards and providing insightful reporting.
  • Championing a data-driven culture within the HR team, leveraging analytics and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
  • Contributing to process and systems improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement.

Professional qualifications & technical skills:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR Management, Economics or related.
  • 2 years of previous experience in the role within an international organization, with a demonstrated experience in P&R.
  • Experience in retail would be a plus.
  • Experience in HR data analytics or HRIS would be a plus.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle P&R
