Main purpose of the role:

 

The Influencer & Events Assistant supports the Influencer & Events Manager to build the positioning of the brand as an empowering one, that enables self-expression and collectability by leveraging brand values and contributing to the implementation of the new collection strategy by developing awareness around all collections. This to be carried out through the involvement of talents and influencers that coherently embody brand values and contribute to build and maintain the defined positioning

 

Key accountabilities:

 

  • Support to the Influencer & Events Manager in the daily contacts with the influencer agency ensuring a timely response to requests for information, brief and approval of the contents.
  • Support to the Influencer & Events Manager in defining and selecting the influencers for each campaign with a data based approach, autonomously browsing in the dedicated tool.
  • Oversee and manage product assortment needed for activities: (product check, orders, inventory, returns, shipments etc).
  • Deal with product seeding to talents whenever agreed.
  • Support to the Influencer & Events Manager in the realization of Influencer events during the year.
  • Be active on the different social media platforms (Ig, TikTok, Yt) to support the Manager to scout new trends and identify best practices from talents/brands
  • Daily monitoring of social content both from talents linked to the brand as well as from a given competitive set
  • Creation of reports and presentations for meetings, global team and for each event and influencer activation.
  • Use of influencers monitoring platforms for report extraction.
  • Translation of global brief materials.
  • Support in the management of contacts with suppliers.
  • Support in the management of follower market and distributors part of the cluster (sharing information, follow-up on cascaded information and agreed reports)

 

Professional qualifications & technical skills:

 

  • At least 1 year of experience in Digital PR agencies, communication agencies, fashion & beauty companies
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing and Communication, Economics/Business, Management.
  • Proven knowledge of the Italian influencers landscape and dynamics
  • Good Knowledge of Italian media landscape
  • Good knowledge of press office dynamics
  • Mastery of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Fluent in English – verbally and written
