Manager, Paid and Owned Media & Digitial Marketing

As Manager, Paid & Owned Media & Digital at Pandora, you will play a pivotal role in driving media and CRM excellence across the Asia Cluster. Based in our newly established regional office in Singapore, this role requires a strong cross-market mindset, as you will work closely with distributor partners across 11 diverse markets. You will not only support but often lead the execution and implementation of media plans in collaboration with these partners, ensuring alignment with both local market dynamics and the global brand strategy.
In this capacity, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across paid and owned channels, with a strong emphasis on digital media and SOME channels. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping our CRM and loyalty efforts across the region, ensuring that global tools are effectively adapted and activated to meet local market needs and drive customer engagement. The role also serves as a central point of contact for our media agency partners, fostering strong collaboration and alignment across regional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will take on a broad and impactful scope of work across media strategy, collaboration, and performance. Your key responsibilities will be:

Develop and implement integrated paid and owned media strategies tailored to the Asia Cluster, with a strong focus on digital-first activations and SOME channels.

Lead collaboration with distributor partners across 11 markets, supporting and driving the execution of media plans to ensure consistency and performance.

Manage media budgets and performance KPIs, ensuring efficient, full-funnel activations across digital and traditional channels.

Collaborate with platform partners to pilot and scale innovative media solutions.

Align media planning with local market needs, commercial goals, and Pandora’s global communications framework.

Oversee CRM and loyalty program activities, ensuring effective localization and activation of global tools, and leveraging them to support customer engagement and data-driven decision-making.

Partner with internal teams (Go-To-Market, PR, eCommerce, Global Media) and media agencies to ensure seamless execution and alignment.

Engage closely with the media buying agency and its Singapore Hub to ensure strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by testing new formats, technologies, and audience strategies.

Report to the Marketing Director, Asia Cluster, and contribute to both regional and global marketing initiatives.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, media expertise, and cross-market collaboration. Your key qualifications and attributes will be:

6+ years of experience in media planning and buying, ideally with a background in agency or regional brand marketing.

Strong understanding of brand and content strategy, with the ability to apply audience insights to improve campaign effectiveness.

Experience working across multiple markets and with external partners to support media strategy and execution.

Strong grasp of digital-first media planning, with familiarity across a range of online channels and platforms.

Familiarity with media attribution, media mix modeling, and optimization across a variety of channels.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights that inform marketing decisions.

Skilled communicator who can influence stakeholders and simplify complex topics.

Strategic thinker who balances detail-oriented execution with broader business objectives.

Experience with CRM and loyalty initiatives, including adapting global tools to local market needs and leveraging data for customer insights.

Collaborative and agile, with the ability to work effectively across functions, markets, and agency partners.
