Trade Marketing & Visual Merchandising Supervisor

As the Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role within our organization, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager Iberia. Your primary responsibility is to lead a dedicated team of 4 specialists, overseeing the seamless execution of the Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising plan in key points of sale across the Iberia market. Your team's mission is to ensure the operational implementation of strategic plans while upholding the global image and standards of PANDORA. By creating and disseminating comprehensive Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising Guidelines, your team will guide stakeholders throughout the organization in aligning their in-store practices with our brand objectives. Your role extends to adapting and operationalizing global guidelines specifically for application within the Iberian market. This dynamic position requires a strategic mindset, effective leadership, and a keen eye for maintaining brand consistency across diverse retail environments. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

 

DESIGN LOCAL MARKETING & VM MATERIALS  

 

  • In close collaboration with the Marketing, Sales and Merchandising teams, ensure the operational implementation of Trade marketing & VM campaigns in points of sale: design and implementation of campaigns in compliance with the group's guidelines and local needs  

  • Be in charge of the definition and orchestration of Retail Marketing campaigns for each campaign: definition of the required, creation, master files, wording, ...  

  • Brief the graphic studio on the production of the master files  

  • Participate in the development of the turnover by proposing local actions: traffic creation operations, local media campaigns, local events, etc.  

 

VM GUIDELINES DEVELOPMENT  

 

  • Adapt global VM guidelines to suit market needs, by managing the product set-up preparation, the shooting process and building the VM Guidelines for Retail and Wholesale partners in-market  

  • Review execution of local guidelines and usage  

  • Evaluate VM implementation reports from the stores and giving feedbacks, sharing and collaborating with DSM and RSM (sales Team)   

  • Responsible for monitoring the business efficiency of the guide lines by defining relevant KPI’s   

 

COMMUNICATION FLOW   

 

  • Work closely with the Marketing, Sales & Merchandising teams to ensure alignment on all campaign and activations implementations.  

  • Communicate regularly with Global Head Office and European markets  

  • Ensure regular updates of the VM /TM Data base and stores layouts  

  • Regularly visit the stores   

  • Work closely with partners and suppliers   

 

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT  

 

  • Trade Marketing & VM reporting   

  • Provide support for Marketing activities, PR events, showroom activities.  

  • Responsible for managing the Store Opening Implementation Package by providing the implementation plan (stores layout, windows, POS quantities…)   

 

MORE ABOUT YOU 

 

  • 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a Visual Merchandising  & Trade Marketing in Retail Company   

  • Experience managing a team 

  • Fluent Spanish and English (other languages are a plus!)  

  • Excellent MS Office knowledge (with focus on Photoshop and Power Point, Excel)  

  • Excellent analytical and writing skills and attention to detail  

  • Strong VM Skills
