Position: Regional Sales Manager - Wholesale Spain

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

Pandora is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to coordinate our wholesale operations in Spain. This key role focuses on expanding our client portfolio, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving sales growth to strengthen Pandora’s market presence. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Client Development 

 

  • Identify and approach potential wholesale clients to grow Pandora's footprint in Spain. 

  • Develop strategic plans to target and secure new business opportunities. 

  • Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for expansion. 

 

Account Management 

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 

  • Monitor partner performance, offering support and resources to maximize sales. 

  • Address and resolve partner concerns to maintain productive collaborations. 

 

Sales Strategy and Execution 

 

  • Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed regional sales targets. 

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on brand messaging and product offerings. 

  • Analyze sales data and market dynamics to adapt strategies and capitalize on opportunities. 

 

Training and Partner Support 

 

  • Provide training to wholesale partners on Pandora’s products, brand values, and effective sales techniques. 

  • Host regular workshops and meetings to keep partners engaged and informed. 

 

Reporting and Analysis 

 

  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback. 

  • Use data insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. 

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the wholesale or retail sectors. 

  • Knowledge of the business environment in airports (AENA), rail networks (ADIF), and/or cruise industries will be valued.

  • Strong understanding of the Spanish market, including key players and market dynamics. 

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 

  • Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners. 

  • Strategic thinker with a solid analytical approach to decision-making. 

  • Comfortable working independently while also excelling in team environments. 

  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
