Marketing Manager Iberia
Based in Madrid, and reporting to the WEEU Marketing Director and Iberia Country Director, you will be responsible for developing Pandora's brand in Spain and Portugal to achieve business and communication objectives and to grow brand recognition and market share.
You will lead the Marketing Team of 15 people on the execution of Media, Trade Marketing, as well as lead the development of the brand in terms of communication, media, PR & Influence, store and omnichannel experience and CRM.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build and lead the marketing plan for our brand in Spain and Portugal, increasing awareness and desirability
- Develop media and communications plan for Spain, in collaboration with the wider regional team, to maximize reach and engagement
- Define and lead the local activation platforms to land global campaigns
- Create and deploy the PR & Influence roadmap to accelerate awareness and positioning
- Collaborate with our Digital team to drive a seamless brand experience and optimize media approaches for high quality traffic
- Develop the trade marketing and visual merchandising roadmap, working closely with sales teams
- Lead the relationship with local agencies, ensuring innovation and cutting-edge strategic approaches
- Lead on the CRM roadmap to deliver on Data Capture goals, personalization and loyalty
- Optimize local marketing budgets to ensure the achievement of targets and development
- Supervise financial management of marketing activities
- Work directly with the regional marketing team in execution of marketing strategies
MORE ABOUT YOU
- 10 years + experience in Brand Development
- Excellent knowledge and experience on the Spanish market
- Strong understanding of marketing pillars (Communications, Media, Trade Marketing, CRM, PR)
- Focus on insight generation and marketing strategy
- Strong commercial approach
- Experience working in a brand developing omnichannel services
- Experience in multinational companies, with global or regional teams
- Fluent in English and Spanish (French and Portuguese are a plus)
