MARKETING TRAINEE

It’s an exciting time to join Pandora as we’re undergoing significant growth across our WEEU cluster. To support and drive that growth, the Marketing Team is looking for a Marketing Trainee Intern to join us, based in Madrid.  

 

The selected candidate will support and help implement the brand’s digital media strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role provides hands-on experience in media management, content coordination, and market analysis while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

DIGITAL MEDIA & CONTENT MANAGEMENT

  • Manage owned and paid media channels to optimize brand visibility.

  • Oversee and administer the official Facebook page, ensuring timely updates and engagement.

  • Coordinate with the agency and community manager to execute digital strategies.

  • Develop and monitor the content calendar, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand objectives.

  • Collaborate with the creative agency to produce high-quality content.

  • Review scheduled content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.

  • Align eCommerce strategies at the brand level to drive online sales and awareness.

 

MARKET ANALYSIS & TRANSLATION

  • Benchmarking and competitive analysis to support go-to-market strategies.

  • Translate and adapt content for diverse markets as needed.

 

DATABASE & ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS

  • Maintain and manage databases, including documentation, analysis, and distribution of relevant information.

 

MORE ABOUT YOU

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with social media management and digital marketing tools.

  • Ability to analyze data and trends to support strategic decision-making.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Eager to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic environment
