It’s an exciting time to join Pandora as we’re undergoing significant growth across our WEEU cluster. To support and drive that growth, the Marketing Team is looking for a Visual Merchandising intern to join us, based in Madrid.




  • CAMPAIGN MARKETING MATERIALS - Management of campaign marketing materials: look book, stickers, cut-outs and other campaign materials.

  • GENERIC MARKETING MATERIALS - Stock control of generic point-of-sale materials (certificates, invoice holders, other one-off materials) and management of production with supplier, management and tracking of shipment when necessary.

  • CAMPAIGN GUIDE - translation, adaptation, follow-up of other teams to complete their information.

  • ACTIVATIONS and EVENTS: support in coordination, production of materials, mailings.

  • OPENINGS: sending of materials and follow up.

    Web and RRSS follow-up: collection, descriptions, images, formats, copies, news, campaigns. Internal tracking documents. 
    Sample management: documentation, coordination and follow-up of shipment. 
    Support in the management of communication campaigns. 

  • SUPPORT IN ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS: search for images, Excel files, preparation of listings.

  • COMMERCIAL CENTERS: sending of press releases and campaign banners.

  • LIBRARY: download of campaign and product materials from Library.  

  • WHOLESALE: updating and maintenance of One Drive wholesale portal

  • BENCHMARK: monthly update of internal documents by uploading competition photos for each campaign.
