It’s an exciting time to join Pandora as we’re undergoing significant growth across our WEEU cluster. To support and drive that growth, the Legal Counsel Team is looking for a Legal Trainee to join us, based in Madrid.

 

The Legal Counsel team supports our business by providing timely advice on multiple areas to ensure commercial and strategic goals.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO :

 

  • Support the Legal Manager with the preparation of legal documents for the stakeholders or suppliers
  • Assist Customer Relations to review the response to the customers complaints
  • Assist the Commercial team to take care of customers’ complaints
  • Review local legislation and regulatory frameworks
  • Prepare corporate resolutions and all the related matters with the Notary, and Commercial Registry
  • Cooperate with the Marketing team reviewing the communication of commercial campaigns (sales and/ or promotions)
  • Handle several administrative and financial department tasks (tracking and record of documents)
  • Learn how to manage external counsels and other legal agents

 

WHO YOU ARE :

 

  • You are currently studying Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in Laws, Political Science, Business Administration, or similar
  • You are genuinely interested in our brand, people, and developing organizations
  • You speak Spanish and have strong English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • You speak Portuguese (ideally)
  • You are a versatile and adaptive team player, with a positive attitude and a detail-oriented approach to your task

 

WHAT WE OFFER :

 

  • You will be working approximately 35 hours per week and the work time can be planned around your studies. 
  • The company has implemented hybrid ways of working, partly on-site, partly home working.
  • This role will be based in our amazing offices in Madrid, nearby Plaza Castilla.
