This opportunity is open to students looking for a part time internship of 6 months

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate employee database with confidentiality.
  • Collect and maintain records related to workplace risk prevention for company employees.
  • Enroll employees in available training courses on the existing platform and monitor their progress.
  • Provide support in the management and implementation of medical check-ups.
  • Download and digitize documents from various platforms, ensuring proper organization on the employee portal.
  • Keep documentation up to date on supplier platforms.
  • Assist in drafting reports and documents required by the department.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emails and inquiries related to Human Resources.
  • Assist the department in additional administrative tasks as needed.

  • Possibility of carrying out an Internship Agreement with a school or university.
  • Fluency in Spanish (English is useful!)
  • You are recognized for your great communication skills and ability to partner, collaborate, and build relationships.
  • You know how to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ideally have Master in Health & Safety (Prevención a Riesgos Laborales)
  • Eager to learn and grow professionally
