Application Deadline:  15/02/2026

Talent Acquisition Specialist (12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract)

London (hybrid, 3 days in our Marylebone office Tuesday-Thursday)

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help deliver a high‑quality, insight‑led recruitment experience and to contribute to key talent acquisition projects that elevate how we operate as an employer.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with the business, delivering against both corporate and retail leadership requirements. You’ll manage full‑cycle recruitment, proactively sourcing and thinking beyond job advertisements by building pipelines through previous applicants, referrals, passive talent, ‘silver medallists’ and market insights.

In addition, you’ll play an active role in shaping broader TA initiatives such as EVP development, onboarding improvements, and hiring manager training and capability uplift.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

  • Source, engage and assess both active and passive talent using LinkedIn and other channels
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate journey, from initial intake and sourcing strategy through to offer management and post-offer candidate care
  • Navigate competing priorities during periods of high-volume recruitment, maintaining exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Partner with internal teams to process offers and ensure completion of all compliance checks

Talent Acquisition Projects

  • EVP activation: contributing insights, supporting content creation, and helping embed our employer brand in recruitment processes and candidate touchpoints
  • Onboarding optimisation: partnering with the wider HR function and other business leaders to enhance early‑experience moments for new hires
  • Hiring manager capability: supporting the creation and rollout of training materials, toolkits and best‑practice guidance to improve hiring quality across the business
  • Talent pipeline development: building and nurturing future‑fit talent communities aligned to long-term business needs

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment across diverse functions including back/head office and volume
  • A strong curiosity, willingness and desire to contribute beyond BAU recruitment delivery into process, project and capability improvement
  • Highly organised: you’ll be able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a consistent, high-quality candidate experience
  • A well-honed ability to communicate persuasively to senior leadership
  • A strong relationship builder with the ability to engage, influence and collaborate across teams
  • Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining warm talent pipelines
  • Ideally, you’ll have experience from retail, lifestyle or similar consumer-centric brands
