Key Accountabilities:
You will be part of the Martech business unit and work for the PIM & DAM
You will facilitate and orchestrate the delivery of targeted business architecture and outcomes.
Furthermore, you will work to:
- Understand business drivers and business capabilities, and determine corresponding system designs and configurations to drive targeted business outcomes in PIM&DAM use cases
- Proactively engage with functional and technical stakeholders to feed critical design as well as configuration options into functional business decisions
- Review and suggest proposed solutions during the early stages of the process and collaboratively provide pre-analysis of trade-offs to decision-makers.
- Design technical configuration of solutions and integration with other components in the landscape based on industry best-practice, Enterprise Architecture principles, and technical design standards
- Work with IT operations and leadership team to facilitate the seamless flow of implemented solutions from configuration and testing into operations.
- Establish critical NFRs at the solution level to enable and drive functional requirements to meet business capabilities.
KPI's:
- Build artifacts and own solution as well as integration architecture
- Support the architecture runway within the portfolio management
- Implement DORA - DevOps KPIs for your team e.g. MTTR.
- Enable best-in-class practices, standards, and methodologies within the Pandora engineering standards team.
- Execution of the long-term big picture strategy and tactical planning for our CRM
- Quality and reliability of delivered Products.
Pivotal and professional qualifications:
Professional:
- 5+ years of lead architecture in enterprise application implementations
- CI/CD processes, large scale integration deployments, micro-services architecture
- Strong knowledge on ecommerce - preferable (Salesforce)
- Strong knowledge on Microservice architecture
- Strong knowledge in end to end, data lifecycle
- Strong knowledge API patterns
- Strong knowledge on Event-Driven Architecture preferable (Kafka)
- Strong knowledge in .NET C#
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Azure (Certificate in architecture would be good).
- Agile experience, i.e. have a good understanding and practical experience with Agile delivery and Lean methodologies (SAFe, Spotify, SCRUM, Kanban)
