As part of expanding the Pandora Digital and Technology organization in London, we are looking for an experience Solution Architect.
Your Role as a Solution Architect:
You will work in an agile environment with your team members within Pandora’s Data & Analytics Center of Excellence with a mission to build an enterprise data platform, its architecture, tooling and abstraction layers in order to have a strong, reliable, compliant, scalable and secure system.
One of your missions (if you choose to accept it) will be to advise the product teams in order to identify and design the pattern needed for their business need (Reporting, Advance Analytics, Operational Systems). You will also work on defining NFRs, and work with stakeholders (Security team, IT Ops, …) to ensure that the platform is compliant with our company needs.
What is needed to succeed:
- Multiple years of experience of implementing technical solutions in data & analytics domain
- Strong familiarity with end-to-end data lifecycle
- Background in any of the following: Data Warehousing, Big Data, Hadoop ecosystems, Business Intelligence, Streaming applications, Data Lakes, Data Migration or large-scale operational Analytics
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage affectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working with data & analytics tools, languages & frameworks including (but not limited to) Azure Databricks, Python, R, Scala, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop ecosystem, Hive, Teradata, Microsoft Synapse
Nice to have:
- Academic background in Computer Science
- Working knowledge of software development and Agile developments practices
- Advanced level certification(s) in Azure, AWS, GCP or any other cloud platform
Your new team
You will be essential to the data engineering organization and Pandora’s extended Data & Analytics community. You will work within the data product engineering team in a virtual and agile-based organization.
As we are a growing team, you will be a part of our expansion to our Digital Hub in London located in Marylebone, where you will get to work with fellow Data Engineers, Front-end Engineers, Architects, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and much more.
