Location: Hybrid working model with a central London office location

 

Pandora’s in-house Media Analyst will work with the Head of Paid Media and Pandora’s media agency to evaluate the full media mix for BRIS. You’ll lead the cross channel analysis of Paid Media, offering plan and budget recommendations to support the wider marketing objectives and ROAS targets.

What to expect from the role

 

  • Lead on all cross-channel measurement and reporting for Paid Media.
  • Establish a measurement and reporting framework for Paid Media channels, ensuring all data is easily accessible and meets the team and business requirements.
  • Work closely with the media agency and Head of Paid Media to make data-led decisions on annual and quarterly budget splits.
  • Own necessary scenario planning and be able to present back and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Liaise with the Finance, eCommerce and Merchandising teams to establish budgets and channel targets, and ensure they’re regularly updated.
  • Work closely with the Go-To-Market team on wider Marketing department reporting.
  • Develop a strong relationship with Global teams and manage Global reporting documents, along with channel leads.
  • Manage relationship, commissioning and delivery of MMM tool, utilising where necessary and leading QBRs with the team.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns to inform future ones.
  • Support in measuring the performance of all media tests and trials.
  • Manage the relationships between Pandora and external research providers.
  • Continue to innovate with best in class media analytics for future development roadmap.

 

What we are looking for

 

In order to be considered, you must demonstrate the following:

 

  • 2 years’ experience in an analyst role, ideally with a focus on media.
  • Understanding of media channels and trading a bonus but not essential.
  • Strong experience working with data and building data-led recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organised, with an ability to work to deadlines, and to plan and prioritise short and long-term tasks effectively.
  • Experience using key platforms such as Adobe Analytics.
  • The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
  • Enthusiasm, positive approach, energy and passion for marketing.

  • Commercial flair
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, clients and media owners
  • A good grasp of literacy, for writing reports and presentations
  • Proficiency with numbers, for data analysis and negotiations
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information
  • Capacity to work effectively under pressure.

 

Key KPIs

 

  • Make decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns
  • Undertake research and analyse data using specialist industry resources
  • Identify target audiences and analyse their characteristics, behaviour and media habits
  • Present proposals, including cost schedules, to Head of Paid Media and Channel Marketing managers
