Our ideal candidate has experience in implementing best in class marketing campaigns whilst also identifying solutions to when global plans need interpreting to the BRIS market place. The successful candidate will be comfortable with day-to-day planning and executing marketing activities and handling as well as long-term strategy. Thriving under tight deadlines and changing needs. This role will appeal to a creative problem solver with a background in data, stakeholder managements and multitasking.

What to expect from the role


  • Be the voice of the UK customer and competitor landscape, identifying opportunity and risk that comes with Pandora’s Global Trading Line Up
  • Lead the execution of new marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Partner with the marketing leads to ensure the timely coordination of activity
  • Complete full activation wrap ups, identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Flexible, positive and results-oriented attitude, works well with changing timelines and priorities and can proactively manage up. Works with a sense of urgency and makes efforts to motivate others towards common goals.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to develop clear, insightful PowerPoint presentations, internal briefs and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize complex information, make sound tactical decisions, and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences, ranging from senior executives to working-level technical specialists.
  • Ability to formulate and communicate strategies rooted in deep knowledge of product, consumer, and market factors, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Self-starter who identifies areas of opportunity and drives forward efficiencies, processes, global strategies and goals forward with cross-functional stakeholders and clients.


What we are looking for


In order to be considered, you must demonstrate the following:


  • Significant demonstrable work experience in project management and/or brand marketing/product management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
