HR Business Partner

Reporting to the Head of HR, the HRBP will be a key part of the HR Business partner team, primarily providing business partner support to our Office based teams and leading HR Projects across the BRIS Cluster.

 

The HRBP will work closely with the other HR Business Partners, the ER Manager, and other members of the wider HR team. They will partner, coach, and develop leaders across our Office based teams including Marketing, Finance, Property, Legal, Merchandising and E-Commerce. The HRBP will also lead and drive on HR projects that have a wider impact across the Pandora organisation in the UK and Ireland. In the UK and Ireland, we are very proud to have recently been recognised in the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work 2023’, one of only 11 in the ‘very large’ employers category.

 

The role

 

  • Build strong professional relationships with employees across all levels of the business,
    by providing first class HR support and coaching.
  • Proactively partner with key senior stakeholders to deliver against the people strategy that supports the delivery of company objectives.
  • Coach and develop line managers to become confident and self-sufficient in first line HR matters.
  • Support the regional talent acquisition requirements ensuring roles across the office are filled in line with business needs.
  • Take on a lead role in the implementation of organisational change projects in areas such as workforce planning, HR System changes and organisational development aligned with delivery of our strategy and goals.
  • Support and guide managers with performance improvement, talent management and development of employees.
  • Implement and drive initiatives to develop high employee engagement and reduced attrition.
  • Work with HR data and KPI’s to identify and propose areas of focus and required improvements.

The successful candidate

 

  • HR experience supporting a diverse client group in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate depth in core areas of talent acquisition, talent management, people development, ER, workforce management, compensation and benefits and employee engagement.
  • Experience driving large scale HR change projects.
  • Eager to get involved at all levels of the HR ecosystem and not be afraid to get into the detail
  • Ability to influence and build trust with employees at all levels of the business.
  • A strong focus on employee experience is essential.
  • A continuous improvement mindset. with a passion to create optimal service delivery at all employee touchpoints.
  • Comfortable adapting to change in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Ability to be pragmatic and provide appropriate solutions in difficult HR situations.
