Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide seamless executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a key liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports to support strategic meetings and decision-making.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and key events.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Support and occasionally lead special projects or initiatives on behalf of the GM.
  • Occasionally support UK/Ireland Directors as required
  • Collaborate with other EAs and support staff to ensure smooth operations across the business.

What You’ll Bring

 

  • Experience supporting senior executives, ideally in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing sensitive information with discretion.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
