Employee Relations Specialist, UK and Ireland
Location: Flexible hybrid working style with three days in the London office
The ER specialist for Pandora UK and Ireland will be a key part of the HR business partnering team, working closely with the HR Business Partners and the wider sales team. They will primarily provide first-class ER advisory support, assisting with the ER caseload across various regions and supporting on ad-hoc HR projects.

What to expect from the role
- Provides timely and expert advice and coaching to line managers, acting as the first point of contact for policy and ER process queries
- Works closely with the wider HR team on HR projects and initiatives based on demand
- Co-ordinates support and delivery of communications for bi-annual People Survey activities
- Builds strong professional relationships with employees across all levels of the business, by providing first class HR support, advice, and coaching
- Assist with investigations, grievances, disciplinary hearings, redundancy consultations and other employee relations matters
- Manages ER case load, providing advice, guidance, and investigation support
- Provides professional and expert advice to managers on a range of employee relations matters
- Assists with the development of scripts, FAQs and process desktop procedures for ER meetings when required
- Works closely with line managers, providing advice, guidance and coaching in line with company policy, procedures and terms and conditions of employment
- Manages personal, sensitive, and confidential information in a professional manner
- Supports line managers with performance improvement and development matters
The successful candidate
The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of HR processes and procedures, particularly in relation to Employee Relations topics. They should have prior experience within the retail sector or other large national organisations, demonstrating their ability to navigate organizational structures. Additionally, the ideal candidate will either be actively working towards CIPD qualifications or be willing to pursue them to further their professional development.
