What to expect from the role: 

 

General  

  • Reporting into the Head of Paid Media, responsible for leveraging Digital marketing channels to build brand desire and drive qualified traffic to both the stores and the website.  

  • Work closely with the Search Marketing Manager to lead and execute the UK & Ireland Digital strategy in line with both the global and local communications calendar. 

  • Responsible for Paid & Owned Social & Digital Display 

  • This role is a key interface between the global media, creative and brand activation departments to ensure local marketing needs are fulfilled. 

  • Push the boundaries with innovative ideas to ensure PANDORA stays ahead of the competition. 

  • As Digital Manager you will manage and optimise the digital brand budget in line with ROAS and brand metrics. 

 

Performance & Digital Excellence 

  • Work closely with the Consumer Insights Analyst, Ecommerce team and Finance Business Partner to align on traffic, ROAS/KPI targets for each of the channels/agencies to adhere to 

  • Implement regular reporting structure to evaluate ROAS/KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis vs LY and targets to ensure that the brand metrics and commercial goals are being delivered. 

  • Manage channel optimisations together with agencies to drive cost efficient channel performance and work to understand the impact of how digital channels work together. 

  • Follow best practice guidance from external sources, Global media teams, and agencies to ensure effective digital marketing execution. 

  • Lead UK and global communication to share market knowledge, performance and innovative digital marketing activities to improve performance. 

 

Team 

  • The position is a key day-to-day contact with the digital arm of the UK media and influencer agency.  

  • Provide day-to-day management and support for the Digital team 

  • Responsible for development, training and progression including development talks and regular one-to-one mentoring 

  • Work with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing content strategy with overarching UK marketing calendar 

  • Build strong relationships with local eCom, offline media, CRM, PR and VM teams to ensure 360 alignment Agency Management  

  • Manage key relationships across eCommerce, Digital Marketing, PR and with relevant third-party agencies  

  • Build a strong relationship with platform (Google/Facebook/Snap/Pinterest/TikTok) account managers to leverage support and training and Pandora applicable insights 

 

What we are looking for:  

 

  • 5-6 years solid experience in managing and optimising digital marketing activity 

  • Excellent at developing close and preferred relationships with key platform partners to get deeper insights, adapt to evolving best practices and secure first-to-market opportunities. 

  • Extensive Experience of using digital marketing platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Campaign Manager, Meta, etc)  

  • Strong communicator and brand ambassador 

  • Can build and maintain productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Thrives in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment. 

  • Stays up to date with the latest best practice and trends   in digital marketing and eCommerce.
