CRM COORDINATOR

Hybrid working with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in the office in Marylebone, London

 

This role reports into the CRM & Loyalty Manager and will support with all aspects of Pandora’s CRM activity. You will have combined objectives to support both online sales as well as to drive footfall in retail stores.

The role

 

As CRM Coordinator, you’ll blend core competencies of creativity, analysis, and commerciality to play a vital role in supporting our customer data and communication strategy. Predominantly working on Email Marketing across UK & Ireland, you will own the end-to-end execution of Pandora’s newsletter programme, ensuring excellence across creative briefing, template building, customer segmentation and performance analysis.

What to expect from the role

 

  • Support with all aspects of implementing the BRIS CRM strategy across the Email channel
  • Build and maintain successful relationships across all relevant departments including Marketing, E-commerce and Merchandising teams to ensure cross-channel alignment
  • Build, test and deploy emails in our CDP & ESP, Bloomreach, subject to approval by the CRM & Loyalty Manager
  • Leverage global designed newsletters and automated lifecycle emails for the UK & Ireland markets localising content where necessary
  • Work closely with the Graphic Design team to brief creative for email, ensuring all assets are produced on-time and in line with best-practice.
  • Support in implementing the test strategy across all aspects the email programme including creative, copy, segmentation, product to deliver optimisation across every KPI
  • Collate weekly and monthly reports using Adobe Analytics and Bloomreach insights
  • Monitor competitor activity and share ideas for optimising content across email, SMS & Loyalty.
  • Provide adhoc support for the Loyalty specialist when required, and ensure Pandora’s loyalty programme has appropriate coverage across Newsletters

The successful candidate

 

  • At least one year’s experience in a CRM or Email Marketing role
  • Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with an excellent grasp of the English language
  • Confident with reporting & analysis with ability to provide insights and identify opportunities to improve performance.
  • Highly organised, an ability to work to deadlines, and to plan and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Be creative, proactive and able to take your own initiative
  • Be adept in Email Marketing best-practice and have a basic understanding of relevant legal requirements such as GDPR and E-Privacy laws
  • Enthusiasm, positivity & take a creative approach to problem-solving with a genuine passion for CRM & Loyalty
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels. particularly CRM
  • Results-focused, commercially aware, with mindset of continual optimization


Ideal candidates will have

 

  • Experience with Bloomreach or similar CRM platform
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics
  • Experience working for an omnichannel retailer
