Como apoio à nossa campanha de Natal, estamos à procura de Assistentes de E-Commerce para ajudar na preparação e envio de encomendas a partir do nosso armazém.

 

AS TUAS ATIVIDADES

 

Como parte das tuas funções normais, ao mesmo tempo que mantenha excelentes práticas de segurança no trabalho, irá:  

 

  • Realizar o manuseamento, monitorização e distribuição de materiais num ambiente de armazém.  
  • Auxiliar com atividades de receção e contagem de stock.  
  • Executar as atividades de escolha de artigos armazenados e prepará-los para a expedição. (Picking) 
  • Preparar o envio dos produtos através do embalamento dos mesmos e realização de guias de remessa.  

 

O QUE NECESSITAS PARA TER SUCESSO

  • Experiência Operador de Armazém, dentro de um ambiente logístico ou de retalho. 
  • Experiência anterior em Picking e Packing de encomendas.
  • Excelentes competências organizacionais com a capacidade de gerir a sua própria carga de trabalho. 
  • Ser capaz de trabalhar num ambiente rápido.  
  • Team player proativo com boas capacidades de comunicação. 
  • Flexibilidade horária.

ENGLISH
As support for our Christmas campaign, we are looking for E-Commerce Assistants to help with the preparation and shipment of orders from our warehouse.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO


As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will: 

 

  • Undertake the manual handling, distribution and monitoring of materials in a bulk storage and warehouse environment. 
  • Assist with Inbound activities and stock counting. 
  • Execute picking activities from items in storage prepare them for shipment. 
  • Pick and pack products which includes unboxing, labelling, re-boxing and stacking products on pallets/bags.

We'd love to hear from you if you have the following experience, but don’t hesitate to apply if you don’t meet every requirement – we’re great at spotting talent and potential in everyone:

 

  • Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative, within a logistics environment or similar role and be familiar with all Manual Handling Procedures
  • Previous experience of the preparation and distribution of volume orders  
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage your own workload 
  • Be able to work on a fast pace environment. 
  • Proactive team players with good communication skills  
  • Flexible working hours
