About the role

 

Responsible for supporting Pandora’s stores across Asia through the full lifecycle of lease renewals and new lease agreements, ensuring all contract deadlines and administrative requirements are met accurately and on time.

Key areas of responsibilities

  • Local administrator of global leasing tool
  • Supports the Director Property and Network with lease negotiations for all trading locations and storage locations to support refits/relocations
  • Actively develop and support business cases (IP’s)
  • Partners with legal to review all leases and ensure timelines are on track
  • Provides legal with key timing and workflow on leasing contract activities
  • Key minute taker in Network Committee meetings
  • Leasing document repository management in partnership with Legal
  • Key partner with SDPE/Retail Store Construction to ensure network projects are completed
  • Supports Director Property and Network with ADHOC administration tasks as requested, including covering for colleagues during absence
  • Key partner with Finance, ensuring timely and accurate provision of lease contract information to support financial forecasting and accounts payable operations.
  • Utility (electricity) set up for new stores and relocations
  • Review of all rent & utility invoices
  • Energy Reporting consistent with Global requirements

 

What are we looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or Commercial Leasing Administration or Retail Construction Administration
  • 3+ years of experience retail store leasing administration
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with high learning agility, methodical approach and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Deep understanding of local and regional retail market
  • Strong negotiation skills and an appreciation and understanding of navigating diverse cultures
  • Ability to bring clarity and direction within a fast‑moving, start‑up‑like environment
