Team Member, Testing Front End

ลักษณะงาน

• ปฏิบัติตามกิจกรรมในพื้นที่ของตนเอง รายชั่วโมง/รายวัน ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
• Perform daily task to meet or exceed given daily target.
• ผลิตชิ้นงานให้ได้ตามแผนการผลิตและได้มาตรฐานตามที่กำหนด
• Ensure quality products are made as required.
• ปฏิบัติงานโดยตระหนักถึงความปลอดภัยเป็นอันดับแรกเสมอ
• Execute daily task with highest safety mindset and practices.
• ปฏิบัติตามWI, Routing ,STD. Time และอื่น ๆเพื่อให้สอดคล้องตามแผนการผลิตและมาตรฐานการผลิต
• Ensure production processes such as WI and Routing are used for production.
• แจ้งปัญหาที่พบกับหัวหน้างานเพื่อหาวิธีการปรับปรุงแก้ไขให้ดีขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว
• Report any issue found during production and alert team leader to resolve issue quickly.
• รักษาและรับผิดชอบทรัพย์สินของบริษัทในพื้นที่ความรับผิดชอบของตนเอง
• Ensure all company’s asset are properly maintained and well looked after within responsible area.
• สนับสนุนหัวหน้างานตามหน้าที่ใด ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• Support Team Leader, Group Leader and Supervisor controller in any assignments.
• ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ กฎหมายและข้อบังคับต่าง ๆ เช่น ความปลอดภัยของSafety,ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม กฎหมายแรงงาน จรรยาบรรณและจริยธรรมของแพนดอร่ารวมถึงDisney ,RJC, BOI,และอื่น ๆ เป็นต้นโดยสามารถปรึกษากับแผนกฝ่ายบุคคลตามความเหมาะสม
• Ensure compliance to all related law, regulations and work rules i.e. labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. at all time. Consults with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
