Team Member, Product & Process Audit

Key accountabilities

• Conduct process and product audit of manufacturing to ensure our manufacturing process and product are meet required standards.

            ตรวจสอบการกระบวนการทำงานและผลิตภัณฑ์ของฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

• Record audit result, being able to identify nonconformance products/process

            บันทึกข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบ สามารถชี้บ่งกระบวนการหรือผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดได้

• Cooperate with area owner to audit the high risk or critical products, including machine/process parameter according to standards and plan

            ร่วมมือกับเจ้าของพื้นที่ในการตรวจสอบชิ้นงานที่มีความเสี่ยงจากกระบวนการ รวมถึงพารามิเตรอ์ของเครื่องจักรและกระบวนการต่างๆ ให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานและแผนงาน

• Inform and verify the corrective action. Contact with relevant departments when find the nonconform audit result which inconsistent to the standard and action.

            แจ้งและทวนสอบการแก้ไขปัญหา พร้อมทั้งติดต่อกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเมื่อตรวจสอบพบปัญหาหรือความไม่สอดคล้องของกระบวนการทำงาน

• Follow auditing method, plan, frequency, and align with standards.

            ปฏิบัติงานตามขั้นตอนที่ถูกต้อง ตามแผนงานและความถี่ให้ตรงตามมาตรฐาน

• Develop and improve skills, knowledge and abilities related to quality inspection continuously and regularly.

            พัฒนาและปรับปรุงทักษะความรู้ความสามารถที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการตรวจสอบคุณภาพอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอ

• Inspect raw material, evaluate inspection results to take action before submit to next process

            ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบ ประเมินผลการตรวจสอบ เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไขก่อนที่ของเสียจะถูกส่งไปยังกระบวนการถัดไป

• Support inspect Gem, evaluate inspection results and report result to requester

            ตรวจสอบพลอยตามมาตรฐาน ประเมินผลการตรวจสอบ รายงายผลให้กับผู้ร้องขอ.

Qualification

•  High school M.3 or equivalent

              มัธยมศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 หรือเทียบเท่า

•  Minimum 1 year experience in quality/production or jewelry business
   มีประสบการณ์ในแผนกคุณภาพ ฝ่ายผลิต หรือด้านงานจิวเวลรี่อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• Knowledge in process and product audit and recording
  มีความรู้ด้านการตรวจสอบชิ้นงานหรือการตรวจสอบกระบวนการ และลงบันทึกข้อมูล
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  มีทักษะในการทำงานเป็นทีมและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
• Ability to right decision making
