Team Member, Machine Operation (Lamphun)

Main purpose of the role:

• Responsible for production output of responsible area meet target on a daily and weekly basic to ensure production activities toward daily targets, weekly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the best working practices.
• Produce that products are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.
• Produce parts as plan by follow of procedure and WI that register in Pandora system to achieve the target of section/department and including of resourcing management to be effectiveness.
• Deliver parts per quality standard, engineering drawings and meet a criteria of appearances.
• Follow a Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area to ensure that products/ projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.
• Follow a production activities toward daily/ weekly/ monthly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensure the best working practices.
• Follow disciplinary and best working practices of responsible team member are monitored at all time.
• Follow compliance to all related law, regulations and work rules i.e. labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. at all time. Consults with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
• Ensure all company’s asset are properly maintained and well looked after within responsible area.
• Take care environment, health and Safety in manufacturing at all time.

วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน

• ดูแลการผลิตในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายทุกวันและทุกสัปดาห์ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการผลิตให้ตรงตามเป้าหมายรายวัน เป้าหมายรายสัปดาห์ ลดต้นทุนหากเป็นไปได้ และดำเนินตามแนวการปฏิบัติในการทำงานที่ดีที่สุด
• ทำทุกกระบวนการเพื่อการผลิตชิ้นงาน และทำให้ชิ้นงานที่ผลิตจะถูกจัดส่งตรงเวลา ด้วยมาตรฐานคุณภาพสูงสุดและจากการใช้ต้นทุนที่ต่ำที่สุด
• ปฏิบัติงานตามแผนโดยปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนและ WI ที่ลงทะเบียนในระบบ Pandora เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของส่วนงาน/แผนก และรวมถึงการจัดการทรัพยากรให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• จัดส่งชิ้นงานที่ได้จากการผลิตให้ตรงตามมาตรฐาน และแบบกำหนดชิ้นงาน และตรงตามรูปลักษณ์ที่กำหนดไว้ของชิ้นงานนั้นๆ
• ทำการผลิตอย่างระมัดระวัง และตรงตามคุณภาพที่กำหนด เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าผลิตภัณฑ์/ชิ้นงานได้รับการส่งมอบตรงเวลาด้วยมาตรฐานคุณภาพสูงสุด โดยใช้ต้นทุนต่ำสุด
• แจ้งหัวหน้างานถึงกิจกรรมการผลิตรายวัน/ รายสัปดาห์/ รายเดือน ลดต้นทุนหากเป็นไปได้ และดำเนินการตามแนวปฏิบัติในการทำงานที่ดีที่สุด
• ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบวินัยและระเบียบการปฏิบัติงาน ในภาระงานที่รับผิดชอบตลอดเวลา
• ทำการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย ระเบียบข้อบังคับ และกฎการทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด เช่น กฎหมายแรงงาน จรรยาบรรณของแพนดอร่า จรรยาบรรณของดิสนีย์ RJC, BOI ฯลฯ ตลอดเวลา ปรึกษากับฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลตามความเหมาะสม
• ดูแลให้ทรัพย์สินของบริษัททั้งหมดได้รับการดูแลอย่างเหมาะสมและดูแลอย่างดีภายในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ
• ดูแลสิ่งแวดล้อม สุขภาพ และความปลอดภัยในการผลิตตลอดเวลา
